Whether you’re hosting a baby shower, wellness experiences such as a meditation session, yoga or Pilates, or a small corporate meeting, this bright and inviting space provides the perfect atmosphere for meaningful connections and relaxation.

Thoughtfully renovated with a fresh, modern aesthetic, Moir House offers a tranquil escape within Base31. Now open for year-round use, it provides a warm and inviting space for small corporate and private events. The natural light and calming ambiance also makes it an ideal venue for wellness-focused events, creative workshops, or intimate celebrations.
The venue features two rooms, a small kitchenette, four conference tables and thirty chairs. A large, accessible bathroom is located off the main entryway, positioned between both rooms, and the hallway is equipped with hooks for jackets and bags. This venue is a few short steps to the parking lot, gardens and The Commissary, the open-air food market.
Whether you’re planning a creative workshop, a group event or a corporate retreat, Moir House is ready to host your special moments.
